Steepgladian scum!
By Kardon Hyundai

It is with great anger that I write this. I know that we are supposed to be the "good paper" but this will have to be an exception to our reputation. A rich noble from Alebad betrayed Alebad to join OT. I use the word betrayed lightly because I think this was an attempt to undermine Alebad's neutrality to Giblot and buy Steepglades. Upon joining OT the noble used his vast amount of gold to buy every single official in Steepglades and bring it under OT control. The nobles of Giblot were outraged by this dishonorable deed. Not much is known about what actually happened in Steepglades, but they do know it will be back under Giblot control soon. Nobody even knows what happened to the militia. They were either bribed as well, or disbanded. Either way, OT will suffer for their cowardly act. More to come in the next issue.

Return of the Maniac!
By Attila Ahso

It is with great sorrow that I write this news article today. When I first heard the news, I prayed that the rumours were not true, that the rumours were nothing more than whispers upon the wind. But. alas it was not so. Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with severe displeasure that I annouce Sadi SaDiablo has returned to Giblot to terrorise and corrupt our noblemen. Thus, it appears that our Victory over Gander has been shortlived and now, we must reunite to rid ourselves of this Ancient Giblot Evil.

It is with even greater despair then, that today, this humble reporter has also heard of Sadi's plans to run for a Government Position as soon as he gets the chance! So, on behalf of the readers of the Tribune I make this plea. Goergyboy, Kardon and Alexander - Stand Strong against Sadi, before it is too late!

Morals on the Rise
By Dick McNick

So...ugh good news, this might be a bit hard. You know I never liked reporting news, too much work. Why do you think I was a private eye? You never had to do much work, aside from the occasional love affair case. Well to the report, this paper may be free for you but they gotta pay me to work.

Well it seems the preacher of life whose lectures put everyone to sleep has gained some support. Morton, the Baron of Drenga, seems to have listened to Goergyboy a bit too long and is now preaching about life himself. Oh right this is the good newspaper.

That wise old man known as Goergyboy, who tries to teach everyone the moral values of respecting life, has gained support. Morton, the Baron of Drenga, has seen the light and now preaches about justice and the value of life. There is great hope for Giblot now that Goergyboy's cause has doubled in support. That's my report and now time to spend my earnings.
