The Tribune Team

Our first edition is here! After Kardon was forced to leave the GGG for being too "good", he set out to make his own newspaper. And here it is. The Giblot Tribune has started and is well on its way to becoming the main newspaper of Giblot. It is currently looking for new reporters. Sign up today if you are interested.
A Call to Arms
By Kardon Hyundai

Dulthalos was sickened by Ganders demonic behaviour today. He has called upon the people of Giblot to capture Gander so he can work on his reform. The people were overjoyed by this news and immediately grabbed their torches and pitchforks. Dulthalos has said that the people of Giblot can no longer tolerate this disregard for life. If Gander had killed the wench it would have been tolerable, but she is still alive! Dulthalos can not sit idly by while Gander tortures people with life instead of death. Dulthalos also says that there is to be no killing of Gander. He must be taken alive. The people were confused by this demand from Dulthalos but obeyed wanting to see what will be done. We eagerly await to see how this all pans out.

Flashback: Rollsovar
By Attila Ahso

Another week, another attack by Outer Tilog. The Tilogians once again reminding the Rollsovans of what life was once like for them, oh so long ago under Tilogian rule. A terrible time really, both for the Rollsovans and for us folk in Giblot who had to stand by and watch as the Tilogians slaughtered and maimed them for fun. However, we eventually delivered them from their oppressors and they were quickly welcomed into our society. We saw ourselves as the great liberators of Rollsovar. But looking back, did we ever really liberate them?
In recent times, it seems more like the Rollsovan people have ended up with a new oppressor to rule over them. Since their absorption into our realm, the Rollsovans have been given terrible treatment under the horribly sadistic and psychotic Counts that are installed to look over their region. For example, take a look at the previous Count of Rollsovar, Gander de Militant. This is the man who built a wall around the Rollsovans biggest settlement and locked the peasants in every time he felt like making a bloodbath! He even buried the peasants in the wall during it's creation if they annoyed him, or even just for fun! Surely this should make us question why we ever liberated Rollsovar in the first place? By allowing such tyrants to control Rollsovar, are we not fighting a war which no longer has any meaning? How thin does the line have to be before we accept that we are quickly turning into the very thing were trying to destroy?
It does not have to be this way however. This change is not irreversible. Only last week, Alexander, the Minister of Defence assembled a team of Giblot's best Nobles to hunt Gander, the former Count of Rollsovar down so that he may eventually be brought to justice. Although they have unfortunately had little luck so far, it is a growing indication of a backlash from the traditionally oppressed parts of the Giblot Nobility. The Nobles are finally wising up to the moral decay that has been plaguing the lands and keeping the peasants in a state of fear. Perhaps, brighter elements are finally beginning to flourish again in Giblot. Whether these voices will ever manage to subdue the darkness, already deeply entrenched, is anyones guess. A small ray of hope however, can perhaps be taken from the fact that nowadays Rollsovans hail to Shaman rather than their old oppressor Gander. Perhaps Shaman can restore the Rollsovans faith in their fellow man? And if not, well I fear for the future...
Gander Banned!
By Kardon Hyundai

Gander has been banned after he was caught in the act of wounding Detinu. The brother of Shaman. One can only guess why Gander targeted this peaceful noble, but this is sure, Gander has been banned. There was little support for keeping Gander. Even though one noble, kardon, stood up for Gander saying that all they had to do was take the demon dagger shard out of Gander. Lisa, the current judge of Giblot, officially banned Gander on the 27th of September. This was to be declared a holiday in Rollsover and the people have just started to come out of their homes. Though the people of Giblot are still in fear of a few people in Giblot, Sera and Renal, saying, "They are not as bad as Gander, but that doesnt say much." Who will be the next to go in this dark era in Giblot history?
Where's Thanatos Going?!
By Dick McNick

For several days now we have heard little from the Prime Minister of Giblot. Numerous times we are told that he will be 'on the road' and unable to reply much. Where is he going that takes so long? Is he taking a trip to Outer Tilog to visit it's capitol as Moria's guest as she was his? We don't expect many answers, but someones got to ask these questions.

And yes I'm also part of the GGG. Despite how one newspaper is seen as evil and the other as good I'm pulling off two paychecks. Who can choose to be picky with an offer like that?
