Hmm

1) Noblemen arent blacksmiths, or 'hill billies'
2) Most people will pick their traits for gameplay reasons and gameplay reasons only. I daresay few will care for many of the suggestions and pick a select couple for the most part. At a guess Stealth and Swordmaster would be most popular
3) The best system is already in place. Freedom to be whatever you want to be on a whim, and no-one out there better or worse than you because of something they selected when they first created their character. And no, we shouldnt be able to change a trait later on in life, because then people would just change when it suits them - let alone add more traits! In a couple of years we'll have a tyranny of old players with all these skills that the new ones havent got. It'd be terrible for the game!

Final Verdict: Such a thing already exists. Go to messages, send new message, message type: Roleplay. Don't worry, it doesn't bite!
