- It already is there. I don't expect people to uphold it, in fact I hope some good RP will come from conflicting claims.
- Yes, but how would anyone on Dwilight know that you've made this claim? Did you send a letter to the rulers of the world? I think it's a bad idea to mark up the wiki's region pages with all of these claims - that's your character's and realm's "personal" info, and this page should be about the region itself, not everyone's relationship to it. The region doesn't care that it's been claimed by you, if that makes sense.
