Fair Use?

Just out of concern, some of those demotivational posters look like they're using pictures from movies and the like. Does fair use allow that, or are we looking at a copyright issue here? - Baatarsaikhan 21:36, 7 November 2008 (CET)

Does anyone know how to make it so when you click on them, it takes you directly to the BM homepage?
