can only dukes hand out recommendations? -- Shenron

As Arch Priest I was offered the chance to hand out a recommendation when I purchased an item. (This was very early, and a bug prevented it from actually registering.) As far as I know, there are no restrictions on who can hand out recommendations. --Indirik 15:41, 21 February 2007 (CET)
