Honoured Dwilight Daily, Ruler Edward announced that they are neutral in this war. The neutrality is rather questionable as politically they are kind of supporting Springdale. As they allied with Sprindales supporter D'Hara. Ruler Raiva wanted a free travel through Virovene , just to allow some of his knights to travel back from Springdale. I sent him a treaty about it, but he hasn't responded yet. The peace treaty is needed, because otherwise there will be battle, and the Raivan Empire would be not neutral at all.
