This is both sad and funny, really. A tribute to BattleTech? Seems pretty weird to be talking about giant battlemechs wandering the fields of BattleMaster. My suspension of disbelief kind of fails when I think about it. --Indirik 18:10, 11 December 2008 (CET)

The ultimate vision: Giant armored gods over thirty feet tall are walking across a battlefield while the tiny humans are fighting Undead and Monsters while scurrying about their feet. These armored gods throw metal javelins and darts the size of small trees that explode on impact. Casual waves of appendages bring forth shafts of lightning that melt and destroy targets along with everything around it. There are small swift gods with supreme skill and accuracy aiming for weak spots trying for critical strikes. There are gods who can fly through the air on pillars of flame that direct the others and control the flow of the battle. The last group of gods are large and ponderous destroying all in their way employing no subtlety or finesse.

It depends on how it's written in Kanji, but Daishi could mean "Great Master," as Bannable points out, "Big Death," or "Big Four." Obviously, since you're using an English alphabet, you can use the interpretation you prefer. If it were me doing it, I'd also add in a motif of the number four, to take advantage of the alternate meaning... that is, if you take out all the BattleTech silliness. -- Murakama 03:12, 12 December 2008 (CET)

Actually, the kanji are: 台紙 and it means "cardboard". Which goes to show that none of you understood any of it's hidden meanings. :-P

Hidden meanings about "Daishi" aside, this faith is still about giant robots with machine guns, missiles, tesla coils, rocket packs and the like, with an element of strategy game and various "units". -Chénier 04:34, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
