• I am still not sure we should use quarterly or monthly election for officers. It seems quarterly works better. Also, I am not sure if we should use equal voting in House of Lords or representative voting. The latter will give more weights to lords holding cities and richer regions, where they have more vassals.

I added section 2.2: Each lord has one vote with equal weight. Any bill has to be submitted by a lord and pass simple majority in the vote in order to become law.

• However I am sure we should publish the books to all nobles. After all, it's not private asset, but public asset. And Royal Treasurer is selected by all nobles, so he should hold accountable for disbursing all the funds and let everyone know where it goes. - Bofeng
