Republican Conservatory

Established at the inception of the Osaliel Republic centuries ago, the Conservatory has developed a reputation for producing some of the finest strategists and logisticians on the continent. Although the troops trained here demonstrate skills similar to those found elsewhere, this focus on leadership and supplies has resulted in a smoothly run military capable of sustaining itself for extended periods in the field. Prior to the breakup of the Svunnetland Empire, only the academy at Ipsosez had produced more commanders of the Svunnetland Saex.

Ortedail Military Academy

Though not so large or well-known as the Conservatory, the Martial Academy has specialized in small-unit special forces tactics for over 300 years. Upon the annexation of Ortedail by the Soliferum Republic, the academy's curriculum was adapted to take into account the peculiarities of the Soliferum Legions with care to preserve the traditions that have produced some of the finest commando units in the south.
