Sanzzos Regional Description

Sanzzos is a region on the north west coast of the Far East continent. Across the bay, the region of Abilotiel is clearly visible, and easily accessible using one of the many fishing boats that ply these waters. The people of Sanzzos have many colourful folk festivals and arts. They are in tune with nature. They consider that spirits reside in all natural phenomena, animals and plants, as well as in the tools people make. According to the people's beliefs, these spirits change their forms and come down to Earth from the Heavens entrusted with their missions.

Sanzzos has relatively cool summers and icy winters with significant snowfall. Summer is accompanied by cherry blossoms and many wild flowers, while the fall is clear, crisp, and brilliant. It is one of the finest of places to relax and visit during summer, to escape the heat of more southern regions, and for this reason it has been the summer retreat of royals and nobles alike for centuries.

Sanzzos is blessed with excellent arable land. It also has many rivers and lakes. It ranks highly in the production of a host of agricultural products, including wheat, beef, beer, paper, and fish. Sanzzos has sizeable conifer and deciduous forests and wilderness areas teeming with wildlife such as fox, brown bear, and deer, while the bay is home to many seals.

History

The region of Sanzzos became part of Lasanar after being rogue. Since the fall of Lasanar, Sanzzos has been a region of the realm of Ohnar West.
