Morek-icon.png Nimh

The beauty of Nimh is best appreciated from any of the noble estates along the northern bluffs. From this vantage point one can see the sails of dozens of ships navigating the shoals of the bay below.

Small fishing villages line the rocky coast. Muddy streets run between shanties which might fall over in the next strong wind. The evening breeze brings the smell of the sea inland, past the small rural settlements, onto lush prairies where a handful of farmers eke out a living from the earth.

The peasants of Nimh are an independent and solitary bunch, hospitable in their own way, but unaccustomed to visitors. Due to their strong bond with the sea, they are historically seasoned sailormen, much praised for the crews of any navy. The only interaction with the cities of the East is the trade caravans that arrive to barter for the salted blue fish, a popular delicacy among the nobles of Caiyun.

Nimhians appreciate people expert with ranged weapons, since kids they practice with slings and slingshots and a good marksman is always highly regarded. They're particularly proud because of their ancient crossbows manufactures.
