Eastern Alliance

Current Members: Ash Sea Islands, Falasan and Minas Ithil

Purpose of this alliance

The members of this alliance swear to protect each other at all costs.

§1 Alliance Outline

This alliance is a defensive military Alliance between the members stated above. This mean the members work together mainly in defensive matters. Quitting the alliance is only possible with a 2 weeks prior notice.

§2 Defensive matters

Should any member of the alliance be attacked, the other members are bound to come to their aid in a timely manner. The members should help the attacked member in any case; only exceptions are stated in §5 of this treaty.

§3 Offensive matters

The members of this alliance don’t get involved in the offensive battle of other realm if they don’t wish to. The members need to be asked before the attack and accept to join it to make it an alliance (or part of it) war. But nothing prevent a member from joining the battle later if they chose to.

§4.2.1 Members of Minas Ithil’s Kings council

- The government positions (King, High Marshal, Archpriest and Banker)

- 6 additional persons(if availible) who reached at least the level of Count. Requirements for becoming Count: 100 days in the realm and 100 honour

§4.2.2 Members of Falasan council

The Guild of Falasan.

§4.3 New members

New members are only allowed to enter after they passed the vote of each member realm council with at least 2/3 majority and ALL member realms accept this aspirant realm to join the Eastern Alliance

§5 Former Alliances

As the members of this alliance has a different history, also relationships are different a few exclusion have to be made

§5.1 Minas Ithil previous relationships

§5.1.1 Cagil Empire and Eston.

Minas Ithil will, in case of conflict between the Eastern alliance and CE or Eston, stay 100% neutral in the conflict.This only counts in the case that Eston or CE attack alone. If they attack in a allied group of realms, Minas Ithil will defend the Eastern alliance member.

§5.3 Norland previous relationships

Norland has an alliance of longer than three (3) weeks with ASI. Norland reserves the right to stay Neutral in any conflict involving ASI, however, shall not be bound to do so.

§6 Changes to the alliance treaty

- 2004-04-17 Alliance treaty established between Falasan, Minas Ithil and Norland

- 2005-02-13 Contents of the Kings Council of Minas Ithil has changed

- 2005-02-15 §6 Changes to the alliance treaty has been added

- 2005-02-15 Barony of Makar joined the Eastern Alliance after possitiv vote for all members.

- 2006 Ash Sea Islands entered the Eastern alliance after a possitive vote by the current members

- 2006-11-2006 Barony of Makar and Norland left the Eastern Alliance
