Mesh/Lasting Agreement

This will be held in the National Library of Mesh

This is to assure lasting agreement and understanding of the intentions and goals shared by Meshians, old and (soon) new. No text will be altered. All editing will be appended to the bottom. A proposal which is agreeable to the major parties will be signed and added to the Library as a separate document.

1. The Colony of Old Grehk and Ashborn (COGA) will temporarily loan the following regions of Mesh and it's people: Poitra, Ofengail, Cwellndell (addable by Mouzl by negotiation) so it can function as an economically independent Kingdom.

2. In exchange of the loan of the above regions, the COGA will send aid towards their ally in need for expanding and defending purposes against the enemies when called upon.

3. As soon as there is a viable alternative - agreed upon by both parties - and certain details - such as time - have been agreed upon with the Democracy of Mesh the COGA will hand the Duchy of Poitra over to it's rightful owner Mesh.

4. If Mesh desires at any time a certain form of non-military aid, the COGA will deliver it as soon as possible to the needy if they can spare it themselves.

5. The COGA and the Democracy of Mesh will naturally join an alliance (and perhaps a federation) that will last as long as the COGA exists and lives by this agreement.

6. The Democracy of Mesh will be allowed to ask for information about state affairs of COGA any moment they see the need.

7. All current and future members of COGA and all current and future members of the government of Mesh must sign this agreement in order to increase the stability of the agreement and to make absolutely certain it will be lived by.

Mesh is eager to receive new Nobles who are devoted to securing our world for Mankind. Those who are displaced while engaged in that struggle are welcomed to Mesh. The intention is to build strength together, to the purpose of allowing the rebirth of a stable and lasting Nation for those displaced. That purpose might require several weeks, perhaps months, in order to hold some permanence. The world we live in is highly unstable and we are all beset with sudden drastic changes that disrupt well-laid plans. Such horrors may cause delay or re-working of specific objectives. The Goal remains the same. The honourable refugees will have their homeland anew, although it may be in a new location.
