Magna Serpaensism/Allies and Subjects

Of the many powerful beings in the world, some have come to serve the Great Serpaent in various capacities. They serve as a reminder of his presence in the world, and act as his representatives.

Corvus

Corvus, the Raven: protector of souls. Servant of Magnus the Great Serpaent who is charged with perpetually chasing Glaux through the world. Was gifted with the ability to speak, and is often also utilized as the messanger of the Magnus. The knowledge and wisdom of the world was granted to Corvus following the Glaux's defection.

Vulpes

Vulpes, the Fox: trickster and muse. The sometime trickster and foil to Magnus who lacks any malevolence. Trickery and cunning have allowed Vulpes to be the ocassional ally of the Great Serpaent who utilizes Vulpes's abilities to track Lykos, and keep tabs on the world. She has been known to play both sides and in the past was punished for working for the Calamar in the earliest of days with an insatiable curiousity which often gets her into trouble.

Bursus

Bursus, the Bear: destroyer and judge. Brursus is a massive and powerful servent of Magnus. Often taking the form of an enormous bear, Brursus roots out and destroyes the corruption of the world brought on by Calamar and his cohorts. Often at odds with Nymkos, the direct and forthright Brusus overpowers, the wilier and shady Nymkos, though not before Nymkos is able to achieve some small portion of his ends. Those who follow Brursus follow their patron in traveling far and wide in the world seeking out the traces of evil, and eliminating their sources. Honorable to a fault, Brursus and his followers live life according to a strict code. At times Vulpes has been known to setup Brusus in a series of practical jokes whenever their paths cross in tracking the half-brothers of Lykos, and Nymkos.
