Oliver was hired by Lord Osgar Dacara to repair his Lich King's Corset of the Lost Island.
Oliver asked the sage Achmed, the Blind, to improve the Lich King's Corset of the Lost Island but the Wise Man asked for 47 gold, 6 silver, Bottle of Black Oil and Devil's Flute. Oliver couldn't give him what he need and the Corset could not be improved. After a while the guy could find a Sage that could repair the Corset and than he was ready to get back to Vatrona when Duke Akkan capture him and throw him into a dirty cell. While Oliver was in his cell, after being tortured by Duke Akkan, he was visited by him, alone, and he found the Lich King's Corset of the Lost Island hidden in Oliver's clothes and took it away.
