Mentor Lesson 5 Marshal's job

As marshal you have a important task in our Duchy’s army.

• Make sure our TL's follow the orders, and question there doings if not following orders. If they don't follow orders after you asked then you should report them to your Duke.

This is the most important task!

• You have to change standing orders every time there are changes in our plans.

• You can set command staff settings for the Duchy's army present in the same region as yourself.

• You would become the Duke's right and left hand, so in all things in our Duchy you should advice the Duke.

• The Duke will still be the highest military officer in the Duchy, but you will be second in command and take over the decisions if the Duke might be unable to do so.
