Infiltrator Guild
Founder or a guildmaster or any elders of the guild will rate tasks, requested by clients, in five levels.
Rank D - minor nobles and knights. People who aren't famous. (50~100 gold)
Rank C - Rural lords. (100~200 gold)
Rank B - Margraves. (200~500 gold)
Rank A - Dukes and government members. People who are well known. (500~1000 gold)
Rank S - Rulers and Royalties. (Over 1000 gold)
- Or we can just mark things based on riskiness of each task.
Infiltrators can accept tasks equal or lower to their ranks within the guild. Once they complete a certain number of tasks, they can request to be promoted.
The client must pay in advance. If none of the infiltrators of the guild picks up the task for a week or two, the guild will return the gold. If the task was successful, the guild will take a certain percentage (thinking 50% - but will be lower for high ranking infiltrators) of the gold and give the rest to the infiltrator who was assigned to the task.
If we take things further, we can send infiltrators for other tasks like sabotaging Realm A's road network or production... etc.
Two religions in one realm
Create two religions opposing each other in one realm and make them fight each other by creating a twin. Convincing nobles to fight each other.
Raiding Realm
Create a realm that will raid neighbours constantly until neighbours pay tributes every week. Probably will need some time until the realm becomes strong enough to piss off neighbours.

Make each duchy own an army and make knights join the army of their duchy.
Daimon Worship
Somewhere close to Zuma maybe...
Lords Council and High Council
Put all lords in the Lords Council while only gov members and dukes in the high council. Both must agree to pass laws or declare war. Simple majority is required to make decisions in each body.
