Johan is the pen-pusher of the family, he was studios and well read as a child. When he was born, he was presented to the altar of Darka, the god of rebirth, life, nature and love. He grew up into a peace-loving man and would only fight when challenged. He never really took up swordfighting and instead preferred long ranged combat. He is particularly fond of his longbow made of yew. He constantly seek to renew himself through learning and was an attentive young child when his father was teaching the brothers on noble conduct. He wanted to prove himself and to his brothers that although he is weak in the sword, he is strong in the pen.
Giblot
Knight of Koolaris
He went to Giblot in the Colonies and held several positions in Giblot. He loved his time spent in Giblot on bureacracy and studying in the vast libraries of Giblot. He took it as a challenge to rein in the unruly peasants of Rollsovar, Briarull and Drenga.Johan was a knight of Koolaris for many years before he decided to step up for a bigger role in Giblot.
Lord of Briarull
Johan held Briarull for many years and built the Academy of Law and Bureaucracy there to study the art of region maintenance and peasant management. He also studied the local river folk and written a few papers on their culture and etiquette.
Lord of Rollsovar | Lord of Drenga | Judge of Giblot
A skilled bureaucrat, Johan was entrusted with many regions during his time in Giblot. He was a quiet but well spoken man during his time in Giblot. His reserved but reliable nature was even commented by the Giblotian nobility in a poem. During his free time, Johan enjoyed a game of Headball and played the game even when he had aged. The fall of Giblot hit Johan particularly hard, he was struck with illness at the same time. Although he managed to recover from the illness, he woke up a different person. He became bolder in his speech and was more aggressive in his manner. He swore revenge on those who brought about the destruction of Giblot. He took up the sword again to exact his revenge.
Oritolon
Knight of Alebad | Knight of Alowca
He found his chance in Oritolon. Although healed of his mysterious illness, Johan had to get through the hordes of Tilogian and reach Oritolon in order to seek sanctuary. Slowly, he sneaked pass the border guards and reach Oritolon by foot. Unfortunately he was captured by a border guard in Oritolon and was thrown into May Ketchum's dungeon. With luck on his side, Judge Ketchum offered him sanctuary and he chosed to stay on in Oritolon. He was released from his dungeon by Lady May Ketchum of Iglavik. Her lovely and friendly demeanour enabled Johan to make the final decision to stay in Oritolon and continue the fight against Lukon.

Baron of Irdalni
He was appointed as the Baron of Irdalni by Duke Malice Osha of Alowca in a quick and simple ceremony. Johan standing was rising fast in Oritolon and he was soon appointed to the Grand Council and the Military Council. Johan was regularly leading the largest archer unit in Oritolon and regularly participated in the battles against Lukon. This included the looting of Amonarir where a small band of Oritolonians held off the army of Lukon for almost a week even though the city of Lukon was next to Amonarir.
