There has been talk that the only way to ensure peace is the destruction of all Sirion opposses. While this might bring short peace, I would like lasting peace. These realms will not be forgotten by its nobles. They will band together. The only way to ensure that Doc's plan will work is to kill each family of every noble in those realms. However, that will only prove that they were right about Sirion. Doc must realize that to let them live is the only way to ensure peace.

The Great War Editorial #3

To ensure peace, two treaties shall be signed. One a disarmament treaty. All recruitment centers, except those in cities, shall be razed. This will ensure that monsters will never become a threat. The second treaty will be the end of war. Every realm will enter into federation with one another. Should one leave the federation, war will automatically be declared. Instead of fighting, we shall starve them into compliance. In order to do this, realms need to be split. This way no realm can become powerful enough to live on its own nor begin to wage war against another. Thus, the Continentals, nobles of East Continent, shall be free to become rich.

I have a plan for the future. It appears Oligarch will be destroyed for the sake of Sirion's empire. That will be a sad day. However, Sirion won't be able to hold Westmoor and its duchy because of distance from the capital. So Sirion should let Oligarch keep it. If they don't, I suggest Perdan takes it. Then they should appoint an Oligarchian as its Duke or Duchess. Perdan should then let it secede as the new Oligarch. The same should be done with the duchy of Aix for the Avamarians. Ar Mosul and Az Zarqua should be given to Ibladesh. Itor Boss should be give to Itorunt. Former Caligan lands north of Abadan and Supra should be returned to Caligus. After this has been accomplished, non-aggression and non-attack pacts should be signed, excluding Kalmar Islands. The Great War shall end. I, unfortunately, see the favor of one war. A war by all nations to overthrow El Cid's government. The new Avamar shall exist in Aix. Editorial #3 will show a plan to ensure peaceful relations.

The Great War Editorial #1

I sincerely hope that Oligarch survives. Before you call me a traitor, let me remind you of something. I have no loyalties to either side. The East Continent is my home, not a single realm or alliance. The reason I joined Itorunt is because it is the most peaceful realm in existence with good money to be earned from taxes. The Kalmar Islands weren't in existence yet, and when they were, they had little money to go around. I repeat, I have no allegiance to anyone or anything except the ideal of peace. The East Continent is my home.

So I would like to see Oligarch survive for the same reason that Avamar should have survived. It is a sad day when a realm dies. What is worse, they join other realms and change them. Usually, neither side likes it. The realm just isn't the same anymore. If Oligarch must be destroyed, we should at least sign a treaty stating that Perdan will live. The way I understand it, most of Oligarch will join Perdan. Perdan will welcome them being friends and all. Perdan can be the home of all Avamarians, Oligarchians and Perdanites. Then with non-aggression and non-attacking pacts, the Great War can end. Isn't peace our eternal goal? With the Great War over, peace can reign supreme. We can go back to making money and becoming rich.
