Ironsides Family/Armstrong/Slayer
After the second battle of Greatbridge in April 1012, Armstrong lost another finger. He expressed as much to the nobles in the region, on both sides, only to be taunted by young upstarts from Fontan. In reply, he challenged them to kill him on the battlefield. Should they succeed, they would earn the title "Slayer of Armstrong," and the Ironsides Family would pay them fifty gold. Only a hero of glory and candour could encourage his enemies to fight him. This is Armstrong.

Ah but you are both correct Lord Sangah and Sir Nathanial, He was the self titled Hero of Democracy who left to join the Monarchy that was a wolf at our doors. He himself was present at the stealing of Krimml and fought us to keep it for his new master. He is therefore the Hero of Monarchy, their prized pet and the Traitor to the Democracy he swore undying loyalty to.

I'll tell ya what, as a hero I eagerly march to battle. Should any of you be responsible for my death you may don the title Slayer of Armstrong. I will even arrange it in my will for my family to pay you fifty gold. The gold is not what's important, but it will be a reward for earning a good kill.
