Another Fontanese patriotic song by Sir Armstrong Ironsides, Hero of the Democracy, written near the end of the Civil War. It was written to encourage a resounding victory in the first invasion of Fontan City.

(Tune is of "The Army Goes Rolling Along.)

Democratic March

Fontan falls to our might,

The Confederates have no fight,

As our armies keep marching along!

See them flee before me,

Aren’t their scamperings funny,

As our armies keep marching along!

Sing out Yo! Yo! Yay!

Democracy is on its way!

Make sure you patriots march on!

Each sword and boot, will find the enemy moot,

As our armies keep marching along!

Gregor has no hope,

When our general’s snag the rope,

As our armies keep marching along!

We will dance with glee,

When that tyrant swings from a tree,

As our armies keep marching along!

Sing out Yo! Yo! Yay!

Democracy is on its way!

Make sure you patriots march on!

Each sword and boot, will find the enemy moot,

As our armies keep marching along!

By tomorrow’s sun,

Our villain will be done,

As our armies keep marching along!

It’s been too long since we,

Have been free,

So our armies keep marching along!

Sing out Yo! Yo! Yay!

Democracy is on its way!

Make sure you patriots march on!

Each sword and boot, will find the enemy moot,

As our armies keep marching along!

Let all our foes,

See where this goes,

As our armies keep marching along!

Off to Fontan City,

To win our victory,

And our armies keep marching along!

Off to Fontan City, to win our victory,

And our armies keep marching along!
