Most recently seen in the southeastern regions of the East Continent. It was repaired by one known as Russell the Lightmaker. His account follows:
The Iron Shield of Oligarch is a peculiar armorment. It a round shield of intricately hammered and wrought iron.
Most of its surface is evenly textured with a fine hammer, and a band across just to one side of the center is embossed
with a row of four squares, each containing a wrought iron sword.
Lighter than you'd think for iron, and those squares are all full of the tiniest holes so that if your face is right behind,
you can see through. So clever.
