Treaty between the judges of Ikalak and Tasalak, and Ikalak and Toren on SEI

There shall be no executions of any nobles.

There shall be no torturing of nobles.

There will be no stealing of gold from nobles.

All council members and dukes will be released immediately, without trade.

If a captured soldier's judge chooses, a trade will take place for that soldier, in exchange for another soldier captured by the other judge. There is no limitation on who either judge releases, but this must be agreed upon previous to release, unless "anyone" is reqested.

If a captured infiltrator's judge chooses, a ban may be removed (or an infiltrator released without a ban) in trade for one of two things: The release of 5 regular prisoners, or the removal of one ban (or release of an infiltrator without a ban). This must be complied with by the capturing judge however, it is up to the capturing judge to choose whom to release/remove the ban on, if multiple bans/infiltrators are available. (generally, the capturing judge complies with the captured infiltrator's judge's wishes, but this is not always the case)

If an infiltrator is captured while in the process of assaulting a council member or duke, the time in prison, and the ban itself, are not covered under this treaty (other than execution). This means that there is no obligation to unban the infiltrator, and torture is fully allowed, though execution is still not allowed.

Should a soldier be caught who is new to nobility (OOC: less than 30 days in game) he will be released immediately. If the capturing judge does not realize this immediately, they will release the prisoner upon notification or realization later. (OOC: This is mainly an OOC thing, so that new people aren't stuck in jail thier first few weeks.)

This treaty has no renegotiation date, but parts of it, or the whole, may be renegotiated at any time, so long as it is agreed to by both parties.
