War with Perdan!
Since this war started, it has only truly shown that it's two main sides, Ibladesh and Perdan, are at a stalemate. This stalemate mainly brought on by the fact that Ibladesh has called on it's prime ally, Itorunt, to help defend from and attack Perdan. For all that we know currently, this war could drag on indifenently. Fortunately, the two leaders, of Ibladesh and Perdan, are keeping in communication.
Interview with Nightmare, Ruler of Perdan
Question: What are Perdan's views on the current multi-fronted war?

Answer: Many times you choose wars to participate. Many times you do not choose wars, but wars choose you. In any case Perdan, as a big power on the island has to fight many realms cause of either protecting itself, or protecting its allies and/or justice.

Multi-fronted wars is something you cannot avoid when you act like that. When you have to protect others as well as you, more than one fronts is unavoidable. We accept that cause we know that we try to bring balance and justice through it.

We might be true in some occasions while we might be mistaken in others. Only history and next generations can tell where we are wrong and where right. What is sure is that our motives are genuine and are based to honour and justice.

Question: What originally brought Perdan into war with Ibladesh?

Answer: Ubent, Ibladesh, Yssaria. The reason why we intervened in Ibladesh confict with Ubent was cause we could not accept two old traditional allies to war each other. And ok, if it was a fair war, we might have let it happen, but not like that. Not a slaughtering of Ubent, just to punish one ruler. Ubent is consisted of many Nobles. If you have a problem with their ruler you do not directly go to war. I was very disapointed that Ubent and Ibladesh could not come to a peacefull solution, that two leaders could not sit down and talk.

Which brings us to the present situation. We see two realms which were VERY good allies, that have friends on the other side killing themselves every day, ruining their relations, losing gold and valuable human resources for what?

I am happy that Lady Sorcha and I can discuss. We might not agree many times, but we certainly can discuss. This is mainly cause we respect each other and we value the other's opinion even if we do not agree with it. I hope that one day soon we will agree to a peacefull solution to this auful war before all bridges will be burned, before all friends will have begun enemies. I have faith that we can come to a fair agreement soon enough.

Question: What are your views on the other wars Perdan is currently in?

Answer: Please let me just say that all other wars (apart Sirion and the southern war) are either minor, or paused, or even may finish soon. Perdan is talking to all leaders and re-evaluating type of leadership and personality some leaders display; Fuinur from OR for example is a noble man. We might be at war, but he has shown that he values human life and honor. The fact that he avoided looting in all regions that Rancagua-OR people live is only a good sign).

Interview with Gopherman, Ruler of Itorunt
Question: What are your views on the Ibladesh Perdan War?

Answer: First, Itorunt is simply assiting an ally. This is a very odd war because Perden was not our orginal target. Long ago, Itorunt and Ibladesh were deadlocked in a fierce war. Over years of negotiations, Sorcha and myself worked out a deal, and we became allies once again (since prior to Ubents evil intervention, we were allies). So we started to destroy Ubent, and Perden stepped in to stop us. Over time, Ubent did not surrender, but simply became neutral, and joined our side breifly before getting overthrown in a bloody revolution, and they rejoined Perden. Now we simply fight Perden as something to do, we are assiting our ally, and hope to bring more regons to Ibladesh.

Question: To what extent will you involve Itorunt?

Answer: Itorunt will stick in this war as long as is required by our allies, I am sure there is a use for us somewhere!

Question: What are your views on expanding Itorunt? Clearly it'd involve taking lands from your neighbors, both of which are your allies.

Answer: I am not to concerned about getting Itorunt more regons. My goal is to make sure that Itorunt lives on forever, which it will. We are richer then we ever have been, and so if I can grow a little here, and a little there, I'll be happy. The orginal plan was that as Ibladesh picked up Perden regons, a few regons would go back to Itorunt that were orginialy ours (like Nimraw, and IB). Of course this was only when Ibladesh took a bunch of regons so they could easily support themselves.

Question: What brought you to such a position in the realm of Itorunt?

Answer: Wow, thats a long tail, I'll make it quick though. TK Jones was king, and the realm of Fallangard who he allied with after a long war with them, was about to be destroyed on the largest fource ever on this island (adjusting for the rate of CS/gold inflation), with the fource of Ubent, Perden, Caligus all attacking with Ibladesh, yeah, huge. Anyways, a last ditch effort by TK Jones led 7000 CS of troops to try to get to Isadril before the huge attack. One turn before he could there, Perden attacked, and the huge fource destroyed the 7000 CS like nothing. TK was seriously wounded, and lost is rulership. To my surpise, I was voted ruler (by a slim margin over Jabeer 1), and so I held it, and when TK came back, he knew that his plan had failed, so he let me become king, which I think was smart for the realm, hell, we are surrounded by allies.
