Hilgrad Family/Pent
Pent Hilgrad is the forerunner of the Hilgrad family; his father a minor noble only, who led a peaceful life. He is of average height, and of a slight build. He has short hair, but most notably, his hair is a shining silver. This has led him to become known amongst his men as the "Silver Knight" or the "Silver Duke".
Personality
Pent is a polite and calm young noble. He attempts to treat everything as diplomatically as possible, and address everyone with their proper title. He attempts to act as honourably as possible, in order to establish the Hilgrad name as a family with Honour. In general, he prefers to be shy rather than outgoing. He is well educated, but it is his ambition to become a Region Lord, and become one of the continent's greatest swordsmen. He prefers finesse rather than brute force when in combat, and as such, he prefers lighter weapons and armour, with his weapon of choice being the Rapier. Pent occasionally drinks, but does so lightly and with care; he is perhaps not as "tough" as other nobles when it comes to alcohol.
History and Achievements
Upon leaving, Pent became a Knight of Castle Ubent, believing there was a family debt to be repaid, for sheltering the family for so long. During his early years, he skirmished with monsters and the undead to protect the Castle, and also headed a few Community Service programs to rebuild various territories after such battles. At the age of 19, he entered a tournament in Caligus, placing 2nd. A few years onwards, he participated in various battles against the now-warring state of Caligus with his personal unit, the "Hilgrad Knightmares".
Later during the war, there was a change in the sovereign of Perdan. His liege, Balkeese Indirik, became Queen of Perdan. As such, at the young age of 25, Pent was appointed to become the Duke of Castle Ubent.
