The finding of the Glowing Ring of Willpower
Gareth had a deep desire to prove himself by finding an item like no other. Who he was proving himself to, no one knew, not even Gareth. He had gone out to kill monsters, scouring their caves for treasure, when he met a small horde of monsters. As he fought the monsters he noticed that they have a leader, an alpha monster, a really big and ugly one. With his great skill he devoured the monsters in no time with only their leader left. He fought and he fought, slowly getting cornered. His heart is beating fast, not knowing what to do, when he quickly comes up with a plan. He quickly thrusts at the monster's stomach with his sword. The monster lets out a scream as the sword connects with his body. Gareth quickly attacks again, slashing at the monster's head. The alpha monster, now decapitated, falls to the ground. As Gareth walks to the alpha monater's lair, where the most valuable treasures are, he looks up to the sun to figure out the time and astonishingly only an hour had gone by for the entire fight. As he walks into the cave, he sees light from within the cave but it does not look like the light of a fire. Mystified he continues, where he finds a glowing ring next to a small bag of coins. He picks up the bag of coins while squinting at the inscription within the ring that reads Willpower, and thus he named the ring, the Glowing Ring of Willpower.
