Description

Long winding sceptre made of brass, it consists of three thick brass shafts, entagled as one. It's handle is covered in dragon-skin, and a bluish moonstone caps the sceptre, giving it impressive looks. Elder Dwili runes run through all shafts, and sages claim each shaft weaves a dream of its own, and impresses it on its holder. History Forgotten Sceptre of Dreams was discovered by resourceful adventurer, Tuga Lux, in the winter of YD 24, Fifth Pentannual. Whilst descending from Mountain of Chrysalids Tuga found an unusually rich vein of moonstones, running along steep edges of colossal mountain. Retrieving one of them from the mountain itself proved a long and tiring task, but Tuga was persistent, and found that moonstone to cap Forgotten Sceptre of Dreams.
