Treaty Ending Hostilities Between Terran and Kabrinskia

Sources to thank, Grand Rab Julius Galvez and Lord Samos Mithridates.

Date of the treaty to be determined; had to be sometime by the Long Winter of 19 YD and not after.

The Treaty

1. Kabrinskia shall agree to recognize that traders and priests of Kabrinskia violated the Treaty of Demyansk by entering Terran's lands several times without permission, thereby ultimately precipitating the war between Kabrinskia and Terran.

2. Kabrinskia shall agree to re-affirm Terran's borders as they presently are, namely, the regions of Faithill, Lavendrow, Inklen, and Vassar, and lands south, as Terran's sovereign territory, to govern as Terran sees fit.

3. Terran shall likewise re-affirm Demyansk as properly Kabrinskian territory, and lands north of it.

4. Terran shall permit the free passage of priests of any faith of Kabrinskia through its lands, though preaching shall be subject to the permission of local lords of Terran, as is the case for all religions in Terran.

5. Kabrinskia shall, likewise, permit the free passage of priests of any faith of Terran through through its lands, though preaching shall be subject to the proper governing authorities of Kabrinskia.

6. No noble of either Terran or Kabrinskia other than priests shall cross the border without first receiving permission from the ruler of the other realm, or some designated representative of the ruler.

7. Any unlawful passage shall result in the forfeiture of a sum of 100 gold per sunrise or sunset in the other realm's territory, to be delivered within 3 weeks of the violation. That sum shall not include a 50 gold transaction fee if it is necessary. The sum may be delivered to any council member of the aggrieved realm.

8. Properly compensated unlawful passage shall not, in the future, be considered grounds for war, unless it be injurious to the interests of one realm, namely, if it be unlawful passage by large armies, or frequent, heavy trade with enemy realms or rivals, or manipulative of a realm's trade or civil order.

9. In recognition of its actions having precipitated the now-concluded conflict, Kabrinskia shall deliver 1,000 gold to Terran, not including transaction fee, within three weeks of this document's signing.

10. In keeping with her own voluntary offer to do so, Allison shall step down as Grandmistress of Kabrinskia in order to pursue a holy calling.

11. Allison shall be granted residence in Terran if a Senator or Governor is willing to offer her an estate, and provided she obeys the laws of Terran while present.

12. Kabrinskia shall consider Terran's continued defense of Uppervia, Via, and the Barrow Peaks as lawful, and not injurious to peace between our realms, provided Terran makes no further aggression against Kabrinskia.

13. Terran shall consider Kabrinskia's ongoing war with Asylon lawful, and restrict itself to the defense of Uppervia, Via, and the Barrow Peaks, and regions south of them, and shall not consider Kabrinskia's war against Asylon injurious to peace between our realms, even if it should lead to conflict between soldiers of Terran and Kabrinskia.

14. Terran and Kabrinskia shall commit to forming civil and friendly ties in the future, in order to prevent future wars and conflicts from erupting.
