Followers of Sanguis Astroism,

As you know, we have been investigating the faith known as Hredmonath for quite some time. You may also know that it was founded by none other than Haruka Vanimedle, the Peasant Queen of Thulsoma. She is the "Mistress of Torture" that has personally conducted the torture of several of our priests.

Based on interviews with the Haruka, information retrieved from their temples, and research into their culture, we have determined that the Hredmonath religion is incompatible with Sanguis Astroism, and more broadly, with peace in the north in general. The Hredmonath consider themselves superior to all others, and are determined to raise their faith and their realm to ascension over all others. Their faith has converted our followers in Storm's Keep to their foul ways.

We find the attitude, theology, and actions of the Hredmonath unacceptable. Therefore we have declared Hredmonath as an Evil faith, unsuitable for continued existence.

All followers of Sanguis Astroism are hereby commanded to seek out and destroy all aspects of Hredmonath. Tear down their temples. Burn their shrines. Convert or kill their followers, both peasant and noble alike. Do not rest until Hredmonath is eradicated from the world.
