| Will The Colony of Dragon Shire ever get off the Ground | |
| The Colonization effort of Dragon Shire seems to be bogged down in Shadovar. They have assisted in the taking of Nebel and Qubel, though Qubel has again revolted.
The Lady Katayanna is missing and presumed captured by monsters as is Sir Talon. They were on an advance scouting mission to the claimed regions and during their return to Shadovar, they disappeared in the region of paisley. The Chateau Suffalore has been colonized by a renegade band of colonists from Caerwyn. The King of Caerwyn says he did not authorize the colony and has washed his hands of these renegades. The name of this renegade colony seems to be Highland, Though as yet this is unconfirmed. They are led by a Vesna Valentine. The other Nobles of this colony are Noah, Vesna, Vigilans, Aplestia, Shiro, Mothman, and Xespa. We are still waiting to see what the Dragon Shire Colony plans to do about this colony that has usurped their own starting point. What the Dragon Shire colonist’s that have worked hard to gain the support of their future neighbors do about this? I guess we will have to wait until Lady Katayanna is available for comment to find out. The colonists do not seem to have lost heart though, they are still hard at work building their relations with Shadovar, but have still found the time to start a Newspaper and to do the preparation work to create their religion, and a Knightly order for this new religion. The Newspaper is the Dragon Shire Chronicles, the religion will be The Way of the Dragons, and the Knightly Order will be DragonShire/Order of the Knights Fafnir. Just by reviewing the work that went into each, it is easy to see the dedication of these Nobles. They have a long road ahead of them of course, but I believe that they will succeed. |
