The Incident between Louis de La Fere and Doombringer Deathkiller

Doombringer Deathkiller King of Caligus questioned the nobility of Louis de La Fere after Louis ordered a move of the army which marshal he was into Eldoret(Ubent EC)With defensive settings.One other marshal dismissed Louises orders but Louis dismissed the orders of the other marshal. After that the King just stripped Louis from his titles as Count of Mulhouse and Marshal of Summa Cum Laude, also he was removed from the council of Caligus and military planning group named "Eagles Nest"(message groups).

doombringer deathkiller, King of Caligus is publicly showering doubt upon the titles and even nobility of Sir Louis De La Fere, Count of Mulhouse, Marshal of the Summa cum Laude. As a consequence, Louis has been stripped of all titles, and his heritage is now in doubt. You and all other nobles of the realm should scrutinize the reason for doombringer's drastic action, and if it is anything but utterly convincing, protest against it, as such blatant attack on the very foundation of the hierarchy endangers everyone.

This is not a minor thing! The very foundations of nobility are being shaken! This is not about being bad, evil or even destructive to the realm, this is about the very birthright you, too, enjoy. If nobles can not be sure they are recognized as nobles anymore, then you could be next. Protest loudly, unless you agree that the banned one was indeed a slimy peasant and not possibly a noble, not even an evil one.

The reason given by doombringer was: Im sorry to take this step but we are a small realm and with the region he control he may be a disaster to us. I will send him to the doctors just to check if he has gone insane or if power has gotten to his brain. Till then i am forced to strip him of his titles so he cannot harm us or anyone.

Along with continuous defiance of my orders. Which he gave after i cancelled it. Louis overstepping the orders of the king was the last straw i am sorry but i must do this

I know it was a quick decision to question his nobility but he held too many titles and power to go crazy like that. He was a treat in his state and had to be dealt with.
Along with overriding my order and Diego's it was definitely too much. I wont consider him an enemy to the realm however but for now he will be under close observation im hoping for him to come to his senses soon and realise what he has done.
((OOC : There is no other way to strip him from his lord position anyways and he doesnt deserve an exile))

In a monarchy the king chooses his nobles. Alot of the time they get removed if they are a threat to the king. Also all i did was question his nobility it doesnt make him a peasent it just generally points into that direction.

You see .. my actions had nothing to do with the fact that I am not a noble cause I am! You just proved that You are fool... I were destructive to realm at most! even not that. I went against You!
Where is the trial? the ban?

Why You think attacking Ubent is not an honourable option? why do You think we dont have reasons? they have insulted us multiple times...and You know it!!!
Why do You think everybody would attack us? even if they do.. it is far better to act like an gutless realm... Like Ubent...
And why You stripped my titles? Told me I am not a noble? Why I didnt see a trial? a fair voting? just You told me that I am not a noble and I lost all I had.. I sent a letter to my family.. if they hear about this insult You made... You will be announced as an enemy of my family!

Louis sent a letter to his family and the family held a trial and the family decided that telling Louis that he is a peasant is the same as telling that the whole family is a peasant family. The family made a harsh decision and told that the family emissary (current position holder is Cato de La Fere) has to kill Doombringer Deathkiller in a duel till death. At the moment Cato just arrived in Caligus and waits for reply from Doombringer.

Also to be mentioned that Louis had a duel till surrender with Doombringer but lost. He lost the duel but he still is not agreeing with Doombringer. After a brief time Louis left Caligus and joined Light of Fontan. As he was loyal Caligean he decided to keep leave the realm instead of rebelling. Oh did you notice that the stripping happened within an hour.
