Darka/Royal Line of Kings

Our lineage of Kings is relatively new few since the establishment of the continent of Atamara. Here is a list of those who have had the honor of serving in one of the highest regards.

• WhiteKnight Orden the first King of South Darka (from 2003-11-05 to the end of the year; some 1½ months)
  • The only ruler that wasn't elected by a vote: He got the job by Tom's manual assignment. The realm had only three characters total at Atamara's start of time, and all three were below the five prestige needed to be an eglible candidate in the ruler vote. WhiteKnight had 4 prestige versus the 1 prestige both Valglin and Mr_Jones had at the time.
  • During his reign the South Darkan lands were first pacified and then the future course of action was dictated by North Darka, with lowering relations of and the beginning of their invasion. North Darkan advance was halted as soon as it began in Tolhuar, and got pushed back to Rantire. From there the South Darkan counter-invasion started, splitting the democrat lands quickly in two halves, thus isolating the Sinclair peninsula area from their capital in Saler.
• Valglin Kurdaitcha the second King of South Darka (from the year change to 2003-03-02; some 3 months)
  • During his first reign as South Darka's ruler, the democrat uprising in the north was finalized with the Siege of Saler by the united armies of South Darka, Eston and Talerium. This left Tertul, Wistir and Saler still in Estonian hands.
• Mr_Jones Perkele the third King of South Darka, the first King of Darka (from 2003-03-02 to 2004-11-16; some 20½ months)
  • During his leadership Falasan and Hasland were defeated. Hasland was eventually destroyed. Falasan surrendered and was forced to pay indemnities or face annihilation.
  • After the Falasan war, South Darka gained Tertul, Wistir and Saler as a token of Eston's gratitude for South Darka's role behind Eston's own land gains. After these regions were integrated in the realm, the South Darka took back its rightful name; Darka.
  • A unified alliance was formed with the Barony of Makar/Talerium/Eston/Darka after ages of individual alliances between nations.
  • After which Darka became mercenaries, since border wars were now a thing of the past with Darkan lands finally unified.
  • Multiple contracts for raids and defense were signed and executed.
  • Darka had a temporary control of the cities of Sale, Mapaxal & Eaglin, and the rural regions of Lakota and Atblane - though only Eaglin & Lakota were at the same time.
  • Towards the sad end of his reign, the Colony of Drachenwald got created it Nazia, without the support of Darkan government.
• Valglin Kurdaitcha the second King of Darka (the gap between Mr_Jones and Feanor is pretty much 2½ months)
• Feanor Asfaloth the third King of Darka (from 2005-02-03 to 2005-04-28; some 3 months)
• Murat Orim the fourth King of Darka (the gap between Feanor and KK is pretty much 6 months)
• Kostaja Kosunen Cosula the fifth King of Darka (from 2005-11-02 to 2008-01-28; a few days shy of 27 months)
  • After the assassination of Mr_Jones the Banker, Kostaja Kosunen commenced a punitive raid upon RedSpan.
• Amaarent Vasata the sixth Queen of Darka (from 2008-01-29 to 2009-06-10; some 16½ months)
  • Contracted by Tara to fight ASI
  • Long contract by CE to fight Falasan
  • Contract by Minas Ithil to fight a border war with Eston
  • Added the duchy of Massillion to the realm
• Kostaja Kosunen Cosula the fifth and seventh King of Darka (from 2009-06-10 on; 1 month and 2 weeks running at the time of the update)
  • Won the election by just one vote over Count Sebastian of Tertul
