House of Este

The House of Este is split into two branches; the elder is known as the House of Welf-Este or House of Welf, the younger, as the House of Fulc-Este or later simply as the House D`Este. The older branch, consisting out of wealthy and old individuals is on it's return, and it's fame slowly fades away. The younger branch however, fame less and poor, is full ambition to reach the greatness the House of Welf once had.

The House D`Este has their family home in Sauvia, on the Atamarra continent. After the dead of their parents by a rogue attack, the four brothers decided to leave their home, leaving only the servants behind to maintain their family home. The four brothers are:

Fulco

The oldest, he decided to stay close to home, so that he could maintain the family home when required. He became a knight of Nida, and member of the FoEL, the home defense army of the Cagilan Empire. During his travels through the regions, he noticed there

• Started Cagilan Empire
• Emigrated to Dwilight to leave the control of his older brother
• Became a knight in Niselur, soon after vice-marshal of the Golden Army
• The winter, dead of many, leave and death of the council
• Promotion to General
• Captured several times by rogue forces, lost his positions because of his absense
• The fall of Niselur
• Joined the Libero Empire
• Decided killing rogues is more pleasant then killing humans and joined the colony of Aurora
• Became lord of Unterstrom Vorstadt
• Dream to end the human wars and bring all regions under human authority.

Davius

• Started a career in Ibladesh
• Joined the war against Itorunt, sieged Itorunt (city) and Semall the last bastion of Itorunt
• Became lord of Itor Boss and rebuilt the region
• Wounded Queen Morgana Lefanis of Itorunt in a death duel
• Member of the church of Ibladesh
• Dream to once become a tournament champion

Ercole

• Started a career in Fontan
• Member of the Democratic guard
• Countless defeats against Sirion
• Emigrated to Riombara
• Became a knight in Riombara
• Became Duke of Athol Margos
• Became Marshal of the Army of the Sun
• Dream to fade away Enweil from existence.
