D'Hara/Oaths/Treaties/Treaty of Sallowtown agreement between D'Hara and Black Bowie

The following is not a standard oath, but it is not a normal contract either. As such I am placing it here for future reference. It has been slightly reworded to include names and intent.

On the 29th day of September in the year of 1008, An agreement was made between the noble of Bowie Ironsides and Lady Dame Katayanna Ogren, Queen of D'Hara. Below is the agreement made.

For the amount of 150 gold now, I will grant you the right to CTO Sallowtown. And in doing so create your own realm with the following treaty that we agreed upon.

You protect our eastern flank, and we protect your western.

The gold was not transferred in the time frame in the original message, but it was transferred.

Black Bowie as he has styled himself will be responsible for the TO unit, as well as the recruiting of nobles to join his realm. The High council has decreed are not to be recruited from the nobles of D'Hara.

And until He can CTO Sallowtown, he will serve D'Hara loyally and faithfully.

This contract was entered into in good faith on both parties. And breaking of this contract/oath by either party will void the contract.
