Agreement of appointment of Duke of Paisly:

Sir Mathias Ridder, Knight of Raveil, Previously the Scarlet Emperor of Shadovar, and Future Duke of paisly,

The report of the loss of your unit has reached me. Please ensure your own safety in returning. The City of Paisly will soon be part of D'Hara. And it will need its Duke to be whole and in one piece.

This letter is to reaffirm that you will be appointed to the Dukedom of Paisly. That you will as the Duke give an oath of loyalty to the Crown of D'Hara.

You will be given free reign to rule your duchy as you see fit so long as you obey the laws of D'Hara. You will render a minimum of 8% of the Duchies revenue. You will require that your regions give a minimum of 5% of their regional taxes to the Duchy. The amounts listed can be higher at your discretion of course but never lower.(Taxes to the realm not to go into effect until ducal city is at 75% of max, until then taxes sent to the realm will be voluntary)

Once a region is part of the Duchy you will have the right to decide who you will appoint as lords. If a lord is appointed when a region is under imperial control, we ask that you honor this, or give good reason for not doing so. Your rights according to D'Hara law will be upheld in the end at all times.

All of D'Hara will assist in the secureing of the region until proper walls are built and militia placed.

You will at a later time create an army to patrol your duchy and defend D'Hara's western borders, but this will be when the duchy can support it. You will build and maintain at minimum a Weapons and armor smithy, a traders supply, and a house of healing. (to be built when it is feasible to do so)

And so long as these agreements are kept, you shall remain Duke for as long as you wish. If yo Choose to step down, you may name a successor, but the final decision will be the crowns.

So Say I, Queen Katayanna Ogren, Dragon Queen of D'Hara and Duchess of Port Raviel.

Nil Desperandum, Mathias Ridder
