Coria/Treaty of Shanandoah

The Treaty of Shanandoah

Hereby Hammarsett surrenders to Coria, under the following conditions and concessions:

1. Complete surrender. Coria gains claim to all regions and region claims of Hammarsett as they were at the beginning of the war. (This includes disbanding all militia and attempting to remove resistance from Shanandoah.)

2. Hammarsett nobles and lords are free to join Coria and take uthe mantle of being dedicated contriubtors to Coria's future.

3. Lords of Hammarsett may maintain their posts if they bring their region to our realm but the Margraveship of Shannandoah will pass to a Corian via election.

4. Dissent and rebellion will not be tolerated. For a period of 3 months former nobles of Hammarsett caught in seditious or treasonous acts against Coria (excluding just normal breaches of law) would receive the harshest penalties possible. After that time all breaches of conduct would be treated as if they had always been a member of Coria.

5. The current religious structure within current and former Hammarsett lands will be preserved.

Concessions:

1. King Kurohyou Bakos will receive safe passage through Coria to start anew wherever he so chooses. Should he live in Coria, he is subject to the same rules as any other noble of Hammarsett joining Coria.

2. Coria will take the city without any looting assistance from their allies. Granted under the condition that allied forces may still be present, but not looting.

3. Coria will offer peace to both Minas Ithil and the Barony of Makar. Regardless of the response, Coria will not permit foreign armies to travel through either Lyton or Shanandoah for the purpose of attacking either Minas Ithil or the Barony until one of the following conditions are met:

- Peace is restored between these two realms and the alliance consisting of the Cagilan Empire, Coria, Strombran, Suville, Talerium and Tara.

- Either Minas Ithil or the Barony has attacked Corian forces or has entered Corian regions without permission. These regions include the ones Coria will be taking from Hammarsett. (Exceptions can be made for lone knights who had just begun their careers and are too young to know any better.)

- Six (6) months has elapsed.
