The Book of Ramsus, Edition 1. No full copy of the book has existed in a library for as long as anyone can remember but this new version is being pieced back together from the legends and stories that have been passed down through verbal accounts for generations. Further additions are always welcome.

Chapter 1 - The Glory of Ramsus

Ramsus is the supreme leader of the gods of the Church of Ibladesh, for he was created first. His colour is gold and his light covers all things. He is the epitome of virtue and honour, he is wise and just and if asked, will try to teach us these qualities.

Chapter 2 - Ramsus casts out his light

After Ramsus stepped from the void he reached back into it and it was his light that guided the other gods into being. He greeted Sartan, Kokini and Teresa and gave them a place amongst the stars to help him watch the world. Then He learned to manipulate the swirls in the void and from them he formed life. He shaped all plants and animals, gave them life and one by one sent them out into the world, with a few suggestions from the other gods thrown in. From the smallest bee to the mightiest king, we owe our place in the world to Ramsus. He knew the traits and personalities of man and he knew that he had to embrace diversity and so he introduced his pantheon to us, that we might learn from them all.

Chapter 3 - Ramsus and the Faithful

Ramsus gave us our stucture and our heirarchy, he tought us organisation and order. He listens to our discussions and helps us base our decisions by what is right and just. He teaches our leaders to be protectors, to care for their flock, nobles and peasants alike, for the more people that honour the gods the greater their influence and power. In turn he expects those in service to be respectful, to address their superiors with courtesy and offer their assistance when possible.

Chapter 4 - Praise to Ramsus

He is the patron god of leaders and mentors but favours anyone who is just and honourable. Courtiers, diplomats, lords, dukes, marshals, every troop leader can find a way to tribute their actions to Ramsus.

Some form of gold pendant is often worn by his followers to display their dedication.

Great is Ramsus,
his Glory is everywhere,
His Light shines in the Darkest Places,
His Power is omnipotent.
I fear not because he'll ease my pain,
linder my troubles and smoothen my sorrows
[Book Of Prayers 100:5-3]
