How do you add to the list? --J 15:26, 3 January 2007 (CET)

Just put a link to Category:Unique Items on the bottom of the page you want to add to the list. Van Peteghem 15:43, 3 January 2007 (CET)

Copy the following (square brackets included) and paste it on the bottom of your page: [[Category:Unique Items]]
No Unique Item should have any category in it any more, except for the categories automatically included with the template - Ta|i 15:02, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

Stardardization

Most unique item pages are horrible to look at, they all show their content in different manners, they don't all have the same content... Perhaps a clear guideline should be established, so that these pages are better to look at, perhaps more complete, and so that those who find items have a better idea what to submit. -Chénier 02:41, 16 November 2007 (CET)

Timelines

I'd like to ask for permission to change all the dates in Unique Items templates to either 1009 or 2009, just so we have all the items discovery dates showing up together. Please? My personal preference is 2009, for I honestly don't see it as a break of atmosphere (just use the imagination to think BM has a different timeline than Earth), and it's more straight-forward for people to assimilate. So, is anyone strongly against it? - Ta|i 15:02, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

The semantic wiki cannot handle dates before ~1950. Therefore we cannot use the "1009" hack. For any date put into a semantic template, the actual RL date should be used, meaning "2009". --Indirik 15:48, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
