Brovyl
A core region of the Kingdom of Alluran since the realm's formation, Brovyl has seen much bloodshed and changed hands between the Kingdom of Alluran and Luz de Bia a few times. It is the region where the first temple to Alluran was constructed by Hvrek Psych, a former royal Marquis of Brovyl.
Brovyl, Land of Plenty
In the center of the region you will find a tower atop a Motte. The Marquis' quarters, living spaces and great hall are found in the tower. There are also storerooms and quarters for the guards along the wall that crests the Motte. There is a shallow moat that encases the Motte and walled pathway that leads to the Bailey below. The Bailey wall below encases workshops, the market center, barracks and homes of the well to do. Outside the wall there are many homes of commoners and a few minor shops. There are several outlying farming villages which allow the region to feed itself and provide a small surplus. Almost 9000 souls inhabit the region who have enjoyed the prosperity of location near the city of Eno, the river trade and the land trade that travels along its roads.
From the tower atop the Motte you will see to the North and West the fertile farmlands of southern Beluaterra, to the East, the Neallyn river which is the most active trade route in the region and the natural border between Brovyl, Bolkenia and Rueffilo.
