After slaying the leader of a Monster Horde, in the pile of flesh and bones, Velerefontis of Family Ektoria, found the Breastplate of Blood.
The item was passed to Drake Dragon Master who refused to give to Velerefontis the recommendation he asked for it.
Quoting: Velerefontis "Let it be known that Drake Dragon Master is a scum taking advantage of an adventurer's honest work and cheating him of his rightful reward. Hope that the Breastplate of Blood is filled with his blood as he painfully dies on a stake."
