During the Fourth Invasion, the Daimons, Undead, and Monsters began to soil the land they captured, changing the very atmosphere into poisons that kill all who remain there. No one can enter those regions, and the Blight as it has begun to be called remains even after the invaders left. It covers the old regions of Heen, Mesh, Avalon, and Hetland, realms utterly destroyed by the invaders. It also covers regions that were once part of Sint, Enweil, Riombara, and Thalmarkin.

Only time will tell if the Blight will fade away or if the corruption is permanent.
