The Blade of Suffering was torn from the death grip of an Orc Chieftain by the Adventurer Morganna Beldragos while clearing out threats in the Munawai Region in the Realm of The Grand Duchy of Fissoa. The fight was long and hard after having to hack through several groups of bodyguards but eventually on the second day of hunting the Beasts, Morganna was finally able to lay out the Chieftain, gutting him with a quick blow after parrying one of its vicious attacks.

Morganna was able to claim the blade as her trophy and return to civilization. After cleaning the dirt and other less mentionable crud off the weapon, she found she had one of the Legendary Blades of the Orc Kings from long ago. The wicked barbs and points on the weapon are designed to make the wielder suffer more, an admirable trait among the Orcs and other Beasts who believe Might Makes Right.
