Kerrigan started her career in the Colonies and followed orders without question however very shortly their was a man who had once claimed to be a member of the Knights of the people who left Avamar for Beluaterra after attacking Tasadar and threatening him. Kerrigan made short work of travelling to Beluaterra to track him down. She joined Melhed which was the same realm as him and once their talked with him in private for awhile. They reached a sort of agreement on why certain things had been said and done and shortly after word he disappeared. She decided that seeing as she was already a member of Melhed and was making better progress there, that she would stay. A while later she was asked if she would like to join a plan to create a Colony in the north, she agreed and when the circumstance were right joined Valentia the same day it was formed. She took up the pen as a Bureaucrat as soon as she was allowed and quickly using her skill with the pen and paper managed to convince the king that she deserved a region. With her new region at her control (Ukh) she quickley raised the morale loyalty and production to 100% and built a recruitment center.
