This coat of chainmail is rumored to be hundreds of years old, though it is mostly intact. Produced by impeccable craftsmanship, it shows the usual marks of extreme usage though no penetration. Light and flexible, yet still stronger than more contemporary pieces, the means of its production have been lost to time. The maker's mark has long since been worn away.
After a few days chasing a Sage, Ailuro, the best commoner at Dwillight, could improve the weapon offering some strange items to T'sker'ch Ach'tzalik, the strangely spoken. One of the items was Monsters Skulls. The Battered Coat of Protection can give now +4 Leadership.
