Statues of the greatest Arcaean dead line the long hall, each carved in variations from brooding frowns upon dark, fearful stone, faces tilted towards the heavens and of course the famous Arcaean style of the light-hearted soldier. Mid-joke, he maintains a firm grip upon the pommel of his sword.

Rhathar Frostnova

Brave, fierce and devoted to his region, Lantzas, Rhathar brought the barony to Arcaea after Ethiala failed to defend it properly. Fighting against all comers as Arcaea came under brutal attack, Rhathar died defending his beloved Lantzas. He fell in the Great War of the North.

Faulcon deLacy

One of the longest serving members of Arcaea, Lord Faulcon was the only noble of the old Council to remain true when Riar defected in a huff. He died during a battle in Lantzas in which Cathayan forces broke their self-imposed mandate to help Ethiala attack Arcaea.

Emma Octavius

Although she did not serve the realm for long, Emma's name goes down in Arcaea's records for having died duelling the hated traitor Deathwyrm. She did her best to protect the honour of Arcaea, and for that deserves to be remembered as the epitome of an honourable knight.

Aerywyn Haerthorne

A brilliant general, a valiant warrior and a passionate nobleman, with a poet's spirit; Aerywyn Haerthorne will be truly missed. After expanding Arcaea's territory greatly as Lord Protector and a military advisor, Aerywyn was rewarded for his services with the dukedom of Topenah (the previous capital of Ethiala, a realm which had been brought down in large part by his efforts). Unfortunately, the traitorous Deathwyrm Tomarsen reappeared from exile to cause havoc; the vile man struck Aerywyn down in a duel to the death. Some Dark Aenil's hand must have been at work that day, for there was no other way that a cretin could have struck down such a great nobleman.

Statues and memorials have since been commissioned all throughout the kingdom.

Senoske Himoura

Atoning for Pelinal Himoura's disgraceful assault on Queen Edara, Warlord Senoske Himoura fell in battle defending the Queen's city, Talex. The Himoura name will be remembered as an honourable one in Arcaea, cleared of its shame.

He died freeing the Papania city of Ossaet from the southerners colony attempt and left not only family behind but a beautiful Lady Arista to greive as well.

He died in battle upon the walls of Azros, defending his Lord with his last breath. He made his last journey upon the back of his liege back to the temple in Topenah, where Goffrey knighted him, proclaimed him his brother, and had his body burned in the manner of nobles and heroes of the realm.
