Abington Civil Works

The Abington Civil Works (ACW) Guild was founded in Suville by Lady Callisto, Duchess of that city. Its goals are simple: to maintain an acceptable level of economic health, morale, law and order in the regions of the Realm.

It is commonly accepted as the guild for Abington's bureacratic arm, and is routinely used to provide status reports by various nobles working in bureacracy, police or courtwork.
