Roleplay from Kurohyou

Kurohyou had remembered what Trystrem had said to him before he went out on his mission to Ikalak.

"Why Trystrem...why risk getting caught again? I just hope that it makes you happy..."

Kuro was cut short by one of his scribes coming to him with a letter that had the Sandalak seal on it.

"So it has happened...alright make sure not to let anyone into my sleeping quarters."

"Yes Sir!"

As Kurohyou had laid down on his cot, he slowly began to open up the letter. He was thinking that it was a grievence letter from Hongli or Sponge, but instead was a letter written by Trystrem.

Kurohyou,

If you are reading this, then my life has ended. I know that it's going to be hard for you to accept, but you must realize that now I will finally be with my brother. I knew the risks and wanted death to take me. Now I ask of you to live on and prosper...live the dreams that me and Aethelmaer only wished to accomplish.

Sincerely,

Trystrem Sterksain

Kuro was in tears, he just couldn't believe that Trystrem was gone. Now he was left with no one to call a true "friend." In order to try and ease the pain, he had fallen asleep.

~Kuro was standing in complete darkness. He had called out to see if anyone could here him...but to no avail. Then, as he turned around he could see two figures. He began running towards them, but for some reason wasn't able to catch up to them.

As he began to doubt that he was to find anyone else and was going to spend all eternity in darkness, he began to see something of light coming from his right. The entity continued its path towards Kuro...and as he was preparing himself for the impact, he had opened his eyes and saw that he was in a field of white flowers.

"What...what is this place?"

Then a mysterious voice echoed in the air.

"You are in my Kingdom, child. This is where true men live on for all eternity."

"Why have you taken me here? I have nothing left to call "true" as a man. Both of my brothers have passed on and I am left on what is called Earth to rot and be alone."

"My child, you have not lost them...you just can not see them through the eyes of normal men. If you wish to see them once again, you must set out on a journey to enlightenment..release all pain and suffering you have and look for truth and wisdom."

"How do I do that?"

"The Treasures of the Three Worlds are spread out across the world. You must find them while on your journey if you are to seek true enlightenment and your brothers. Now go forth, my child and begin your journey..."~

Then Kurohyou woke up with a cold sweat among his body. He tried to recollect his thoughts and see what had just happened.

"The Treasures of the Three Worlds...how will I be able to search for those. And who was that in my dream that had been speaking to me."

He then looked over to the table and saw that the Statue of the Great Dragon that his cousin, Enzeru, had sent him was emitting a glow that soon faded away. A few moments later, he had realized that it was the Dragon himself that had been communicating to him.

"To seek enlightenment to see Aethelmaer and Trystrem again...It sounds like something that I will need to accomplish first. But as of now I must return the statues that Guido had given to Trystrem..."
