The Griffons only recruit trained men from those of Perdanese heritage, within heartland regions of Ancient Perdan, namely Aix, Partora, and Perdan. Often recruiting camp followers that become soldiers from the youth of impoverished families or those with a family background of service. The most esteemed of these young recruits are war orphans, which are recruited wherever they are found by the Griffons.
