No elves?

Very confused (OOC) about the last October story of the Caligus newspaper. Does the journalist for that newspaper not realize that elves live in Sirion, or is he just in denial? Of course if he's delusional then that makes the newspaper's journalist all the more interesting of course ;-). FWIW, the The Elven Tribune has existed since Dec 2005 -- I'm assuming you know this OOC but that the journalist IC does not. Cheers, Corwyn 06:24, 5 November 2010 (CET)

I did know all that. Just the paper has been inactive for a long long time so its more or less been re-opened. Also elves offically cannot breed anymore by rule of the gods. Actually in my honest opinion in a game with no races you should be able to invent elves especially on characters that are old after 50 years. Elves live thousands of years and thats not possible in BM

Players can't create elven characters. That doesn't mean that the elven populace has stopped reproducing however. Players can't be monsters either, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist or don't reproduce. You might have read Facade Slaymaster's propaganda and thought it was true ;-). As for whether the elves in BM live thousands of years, I haven't seen any mention of that anywhere, but if you have any info on this I'd like to read it. Cheers, Corwyn 17:39, 9 November 2010 (CET)
